Qualification MD DIS FDS (FRANCE) DV DTMSH (UK) Awards and Achivements Dr. Bose is a certified dermatologist from France. His original thesis Dermatitis Herpetiformis and Lymphoma was published in Dermatology, His postdoctoral thesis and discovery ?Basement membrane production by human epidermal cells cultured on inert filters in total absence of serum and dermal components? was presented at the Ist world congress of cellular and molecular biology Paris September 1-7, 1991. and Abstract came out in The Journal of Investigative Dermatology. His peer review in Pigment Cell Research Vitiligo: Where do we stand? Was considered one of the 50 best articles of the Millennium. Dr Bose has contributed chapters in ten books and is author of more than 75 publications. Dr. Bose has keen interest in dermatosurgery and was trained by late Prof. PN Behl and later became Add. Prof of Cutaneous Surgery and advisor to NCT Delhi. He has contributed a dozen articles in dermatosurgery and written chapters in two books. The Textbook of Cosmetic Dermatology by Robert Baran and Howard Maibach 1994-2005. And in Cutaneous Surgery (Ed) Vinay Saraf 1997. His review about surgical methods in vitiligo was the first peer review on the subject in Asia ?A critical appraisal of different surgical modalities in vitiligo quoted in Arch Dermatol. 1998;134:1543-1549.
